HISTORY
Wieland attended Benedictine College, UMSL and the University of Missouri in Columbia.
In 1997 he went back to work in the automotive field for a short spell until he had the opportunity to go to work for NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business).
In 2004 he started the Jefferson County Business Journal.
He also served three terms in the House of Representatives.
He was elected to the Missouri State Senate in 2014, and his current term ends in 2023.
